Stoneham Yoga And Meditation Event Postponed
With rain in forecast, Tuesday's event has been moved to following Tuesday, Aug. 20.

Due to the inclement weather forecast for Tuesday, Aug. 13, the Recovery Yoga & Meditation event has been rescheduled to Tuesday, Aug. 20.
STONEHAM, Ma. - With a theme of self-compassion, Stoneham residents are invited to participate in a night of yoga and meditation Tuesday, Aug. 20 on the Town Common.
It's the second annual Y12SR, short for Yoga for 12 Step Recovery. The goal of the event is to support those in recovery and their families. It runs from 6-8 p.m. on the common and is free. The event host is Stoneham's Community Addiction Coordinator Elle Simoni.

Enjoy an evening outside in the Stoneham community. Bring family and friends. If you have a yoga mat, bring it (there will be some to share). It's beginners yoga & meditation so no experience is necessary. Self-Compassion Journals will be available while supplies last. Light snacks and water will be provided.
The event teachers are Jodi Santosuosso, a nurse practitioner and meditation teacher, along with Judy Bousquin, a yoga and meditation teacher from Yoga Moves.
