This activity will cause discolored water in varying degrees in this section of the town. Those who experience water discoloration should flush their systems by opening the cold water faucet for a few minutes and then waiting for about an hour. If the water is still not clear, they should repeat the flushing procedure.
The Public Works Department regrets that it cannot be responsible for any damages incurred as a result of the flushing activity, which is a necessary and normal maintenance function of the Water Department.
