Stoughton High School Mid-Year Exam Schedule (January 2012)

Friday 1/20

• Period 1 - 7:45-9:30 a.m.
• Period 2 - 9:45-11:30 a.m.

Monday 1/23

• Period 3 - 7:45-9:30 a.m.
• Period 4 - 9:45-11:30 a.m.

Tuesday 1/24

• Period 5 - 7:45-9:30 a.m.
• Period 6 - 9:45-11:30 a.m.

Wednesday 1/25

• Period 7 - 7:45-9:30 a.m.
• Make-up - 9:45-11:30 a.m.

The day after Mid-Years (currently Thursday 1/26) will be the last day of Term 2/Semester 1.  

Please note that this is an Early Release Day with a special schedule:

• The first day of Term 3/Semester 2 is scheduled for Friday 1/27 as a regular A Day.

• Cancellations during the exam schedule will not impact the order of the exams. (For example, no school on Wednesday means Wednesday exams now move to Thursday, etc.) A delayed opening will cause the schedule to be modified by the length of the delay. For example, a one-hour delay would cause the first exam to begin at 8:45 with exams ending at 12:30 that day.

• Cancellations in the days leading up to exams will result in a loss of that day of the cycle.

Other Mid-Year Exam Notes:

• Students must only be in attendance for their exam periods.

• Students absent for an exam can make up an exam but credit will not be issued for the exam until the absence is excused by the office.  

• There will be no change to the bus schedule during Mid-Years. There will be regular breakfast service (up to 7:30 a.m.) and lunch will be served from 11:30am-12noon.
