STOUGHTON, MA — An 11-month-old boy was rushed to the hospital Wednesday morning after falling out the window of a Stoughton home and landing on concrete, according to multiple reports.

The fall occurred from the second story of a home on Lambert Avenue, where officials believe the boy "either pushed the screen or the screen was left open," just before 8 a.m., WCVB reported. He first hit a roof before landing on the ground below.
