April 20 12:59 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Central Street near Pearl Street, Andrew Kimball, 36, of Canton, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, resisting arrest, and speeding in violation of a special regulation. 5:38 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Washington Street near Freeman Street, a 36-year-old was issued a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to signal.
