Alta at Indian Woods to Host Summer Block Party

Alta at Indian Woods, a newly opened apartment community in Stoughton, will host a Summer Block Party to celebrate its 65 percent successful leasing rate from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, June 26, at the property's clubhouse, 3101 Stagecoach Rd.

A grilling station, beverage booth hosted by Blue Hills Brewery, Moon Bounce, ice cream sundaes, music, dunk tank, sushi tasting, cotton candy, putting contest, raffle prizes and  popcorn will all be available during the event, during which leasing specials will be offered to new residents.

Nearly 100 of the 154 units already have been leased and more than 60 apartments are occupied in Alta at Indian Woods, the newest community south of Boston. This despite the severe winter weather when the property opened for lease slightly over five months ago in December 2010.
