2. Darkness to Light Training at the YMCA
April is Child Abuse Prevention Month and the Old Colony YMCA’s is offering the award-winning Darkness To Light child abuse prevention training to the community on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. This training is FREE and open to all adults.

3. 2012 Mr. SHS Pageant
The senior class presents its "Mr. SHS" male pageant fundraiser on Wednesday, April 11 at 6:30 p.m. in the .
Ticket prices are $5 and will be sold at the door. There will also be a 50/50 raffle. Doors open at 6:15 p.m.
There will be a talent portion as well as a fashion show and question and answer period.
Contestants include eight males from the SHS senior class: Luke Asack, Matthew Moore, Derek Scarlett, Thomas Berntsen, Joseph Ialuna, Donald Saladin, Denzel Scarlett and Kevin Richard.

4. Teddybear Storytime at the Library
Come join Peggy Sewcyk Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. at the for Teddybear Storytime. It's for children ages 3.5 to 6 years old.
