1. SHS Boys' Basketball State Tournament Action
The Stoughton High Black Knights boys’ basketball team (16-4) hosts Duxbury (11-9) in a first round matchup in the MIAA Division 2 South Sectional Tournament.

The game starts at 7 p.m. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and tickets go on sale at 6 p.m.

2. Board of Selectmen Meet
The Board of Selectmen meet Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at (third floor, Great Hall). The meeting starts in executive session and then will reconvene in open session. Take a look at a full agenda in the media gallery of this article.
3. School Committee Meeting
The School Committee meets Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the television studio at . Their agenda is full as well. It is also posted in the media gallery of this article.
4. STOYAC Softball Signups
(From About Town):
Sign up for STOYAC Softball on Tuesday, February 28 at the Community Room, from 6-8 p.m. Cost is $80 per player, with up to a $200 maximum cost per family. Payments may be made using credit cards or debit cards, in addition to checks or cash.
There is also a new developmental program for five year olds. (Players must be 5 years old by January 1, 2012.)
Coaches are welcome to sign up on the 28th. There is a mandatory coaches meeting on March 13. Coaches are subject to background checks.
