Knights Of Pythias, Stoughton Public Library Donate Bikes For Raffle

6 bikes were raffled off to Stoughton children in first through third grade who read one book over the holiday break this past year.

From the Knights of Pythias,Stoughton Public Library: The Knights of Pythias partnered with the Stoughton Public Library to generously donate 6 bicycles to raffle off to Stoughton children in grades 1, 2 and 3 who read one book over holiday break this past year. One boy and one girl per grade won a brand new bicycle and helmet. This is the second year of the Winter Read and Ride Bicycle Raffle, and this summer will be the third annual Summer Reading Read and Ride Bicycle Raffle. The Stoughton Public Library was the first library the Knights offered the program to, and it has expanded to several libraries in the state. The awards ceremony was held at the Stoughton Public Library on January 10, 2017.
