STOUGHTON, MA — A Stoughton man was arrested Thursday morning in connection to a crash on Washington Street last month that left two people dead. Ralph Frontino, 61, was charged with two counts of negligent motor vehicle homicide while operating under the influence, and a count each of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lane violations. The crash happened on June 28 and <a href="https://patch.com/massachusetts/stoughton/couple-killed-stoughton-motorcycle-crash">killed couple, Al Pedro, 50, and Aldina Pedro, 51</a>, both of Stoughton, when their motorcycle collided with Frontino's Corolla, police said. Police said the crash occurred around 8:30 p.m. on Washington Street. The Norfolk County District Attorney's office said the motorcycle was driving north and Corolla south, and a preliminary investigation indicates the crash happened in the northbound lane. Frontino is expected to be arraigned Thursday afternoon.
