Stoughton Board of Selectmen, School Committee to Hold Joint Meeting

The Stoughton Board of Selectmen meet Tuesday evening at 6:30 p.m. at (third floor, Great Hall).

After starting the meeting in executive session (which is closed to the public), the selectmen reconvene in open session.

Part of the Board’s agenda includes a joint meeting with the Stoughton School Committee. This portion of the meeting is scheduled to feature discussions on future joint budget meetings, the Capital Planning Committee, and general communication between the two boards.

There is also a hearing scheduled for Jack’s Wayback Burgers, a restaurant applying for a common victualler license.

Jack Mitchell, Chief Pumping Station Operator, is also scheduled to appear before the Board to discuss drought management.
