How does it work? Participants will benefit from 12 weeks of workouts spanning from March through June. Each week will include one 60-minute team workout, and one 30-minute individual workout with their team trainer.
In addition, Old Colony YMCA’s are now partnering with Signature Healthcare who will offer nutrition support through weekly tips, involvement in the kickoff events, and an open communication with team trainers to ensure that participant questions are answered by registered dieticians.

Adopting healthy lifestyle changes that are healthy and sustainable are hard to do alone. Smallest Winner staff will keep the support coming through the lasting relationships they develop with their clients, using tools like Activtrax on-line exercise and nutrition support, passes to Y programs like Y-Fit, program team-building events happening throughout the season, surprise challenges, and more.
Everyone leaves a winner- whether you’re the individual winner, on the winning team, or a participant that is able to adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle habit as a result of your involvement.
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to develop lifelong friendships as participants work through common goals together while finally breaking through plateaus, getting out of workout ruts, and earning program superlatives like “Best Look of Suffering,” “Class Clown,” and “Perfect Attendance.”
This program works: The model is now being adopted by YMCA’s across southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Don’t miss out! Visit the Stoughton Y to register before this Saturday’s kickoff at 11 a.m.!
