The letter, dated January 24, 2012 and addressed to Board of Selectman Chairman John Stagnone, informs Stagnone of Crimmins’ intent to , effective March 31, 2012.

Dear Chairman Stagnone:

Reference is made to a certain Employment Agreement Between Francis T. Crimmins, Jr. and the Town of Stoughton, dated February 9, 2010.

Pursuant to Numbered Paragraph 13. Termination of said agreement, please be advised of my intent to terminate this contract effective March 31, 2012.
