'Hostile Shoplifter' Arrested At Target: Milford Police Log

Thursday, Dec. 28

5:06 a.m.: Caller reporting her vehicle was struck sometime last night, 36 Church St.

8:29 a.m.: Large white house 2 dogs outside and was concerned for their well being, 11 Church St.

2:08 p.m.: Caller reports needle in the trash in the community room, Greenleaf Terrace

4:30 p.m.: Target reporting hostile shoplifter. Neythen Ross Yogicsin, 20, 33 Dean Road, Holliston, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250 by concealing merchandise

1:57 a.m.: Caller reports a domestic in progress.203 reports incident was a neighbor dispute between #2 and

#4. 6 Luby Ave.
