Lincoln-Sudbury Student Earns National Merit Corporate Scholarship
This is the second Lincoln-Sudbury High School senior to win a covered National Merit scholarship this school year.
SUDBURY, MA — A Lincoln-Sudbury High School senior from Sudbury is one of 30 Massachusetts students to earn a National Merit Scholarship in the latest round of awards.
The National Merit Scholarship Corp. revealed the 750 winners Monday from schools across the nation. There were 30 winners from Massachusetts in the latest round.
The awards revealed Monday are backed by colleges and universities across the country. During a previous round of awards in April, Lincoln-Sudbury senior Rena Wang earned a scholarship backed by a corporation to study biology.

Graduating senior Austin Jackson earned an award from Northeastern University, where he plans to study computer science.
The awards announced Monday provide between $500 and $2,000 each year for up to four years of undergraduate study, according to the scholarship corporation.
