Sudbury Student Actors Featured in Local Musical

Local talented actor-singers are “Way Down Hadestown” this July at Concord Youth Theatre (CYT). In Hadestown, a song can change your fate! Hadestown: Teen Edition intertwines two mythic tales — that of young dreamers Orpheus and Eurydice, and that of King Hades and his wife Persephone — as it invites you on a hell-raising journey to the underworld and back! This production will be performed by CYT’s Young Adult Company, which includes Sudbury residents: Theo Adams, Lux Corley, T. Ray Corley, Ethan DuBray, Gabe Helgeson, Oliver Helgeson, Mason Levy, Justin Miller, Isabelle Molina, Liam Rosenbaum, Jonah Rotondo, and Ronnie Ross. The music of Hadestown is infused with New Orleans style jazz music and features the original music by creator, Anaïs Mitchell.
CYT's Young Adult Company is made up of high school and college-aged actors from the local community - this talented cast is not to be missed! Performances will be held at CYT, 53 Church Street in West Concord on July 17-19 (Thurs - Sat) at 7:00PM. The CYT theater is air-conditioned and handicap accessible.
