At 1:45 p.m., a downed limb was reported.
At 2:10 p.m., a house alarm came in; it appeared the wind blew open a door.
At 6:22 p.m., a caller reported following an erratic driver on Lynn Shore Drive. Police subsequently arrested Robert Finkenaur, 79, of Lynn. Finkenaur was charged with operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense) and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
