A hazardous weather outlook notes that the snow is expected to start after 4 a.m. Tuesday with snow and sleet expected until 10 a.m. Then, sleet and freezing rain are possible until about 2 p.m. The precipitation will transition to rain Tuesday afternoon. The morning commute will likely be affected.
