Disheveled Man on Steps; Shoplifting: Swampscott Police

At 9:22 a.m., there was a report of vandalism to a motor vehicle on Bay View Drive.

At 1:33 p.m., there was a report of an employee passed out on Forest Avenue. The employee was awake when officers arrived and refused transport.

At 1:47 p.m., there was a report of the unauthorized use of a debit card on Paradise Road.

At 3:01 p.m., there was a report of trash left on the sidewalk on Forest Avenue. The DPW was notified.

At 3:42 p.m., a caller on Essex Street reported that there was a disheveled looking man sitting on the steps after he had knocked on the door. He was described as having messy hair and a greenish-brown jacket.

At 3:58 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident at Humphrey Street and Monument Avenue.

At 7:53 p.m., there was a report of shoplifting from a business on Paradise Road.
