At 3:56 p.m., a caller reported that a suspicious man wearing a hoodie started walking the other way when he spotted the caller.

At 9:31 p.m., a vehicle was towed following a motor vehicle stop. The operator was cited for operating an unregistered and uninsured vehicle. The operator also had a suspended license.
