'Distraught' Woman, Suspicious Man in a Hoodie, Football Field Spotlights: Police Log

At 9:42 a.m., a person reported being verbally threatened by a neighbor.

At 3:14 p.m., a “distraught” female was escorted to Salem where she “waved off” the sergeant at Salem Hospital.

At 3:56 p.m., a caller reported that a suspicious man wearing a hoodie started walking the other way when he spotted the caller.

At 5:14 p.m., a caller complained about spotlights from the nearby football field.

At 9:31 p.m., a vehicle was towed following a motor vehicle stop. The operator was cited for operating an unregistered and uninsured vehicle. The operator also had a suspended license.

At 11:50 p.m., a caller complained of loud music coming for another floor.
