At 5:33 a.m., a caller reported that an elderly man in a jacket and knit cap appeared to be trying to flag down cars on Humphrey Street.

At 7:31 a.m., a traffic light was reportedly sparking near the Fish House.
At 11:29 a.m., a person attempted to pass a bad check.

At 2:58 p.m., a check of a motor vehicle revealed that that registered owner was showing to have a suspended license. The owner/operator was issued a criminal summons and the vehicle was towed.

At 3:34 p.m., a minor motor vehicle crash occurred. A query of the plates revealed that one of the registered owners was showing to have a suspended license. The owner/operator was cited and the vehicle was towed.
At 11:55 p.m., a caller reported that a car parked on Burrill Street was occupied by individuals involved in drug activity. An officer checked the situation and found a guy and girl in the car; the girl lived nearby.
