Flooding, in Addition to Wind Damage, Possible in Marblehead
About 2 inches of rain and wind gusts up to 55 mph are expected Monday afternoon.

A flash flood watch and wind advisory were issued for Swampscott on Monday.
The watch is in effect from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. There will likely be more than 2 inches of rain during this period, according to the National Weather Service. Wind gusts could reach 55 mph, possibly toppling tree and bringing down power lines, NWS said.

Things will clear up by Tuesday morning. There’s a chance of snow Wednesday night, NWS said.
