Knife Violation Arrest; Car Fire: Swampscott Police

Tuesday, May 10

At 9:11 a.m., there was a report of a car fire in a parking lot on Paradise Road.

At 1:56 p.m., there was a minor motor vehicle accident in a parking lot on Paradise Road.

At 3:27 p.m., there was a report of a larceny involving bank fraud on Burrill Street.

At 9:13 p.m., there was a noise complaint about a leaf blower on Orchard Terrace.

At 10:27 p.m., there was a complaint about people drinking and causing a disturbance in a driveway on Huron Street. They were advised to keep it down.

Wednesday, May 11

At 2:42 a.m., police arrested Daniel Diaz, 26, of Alley Street in Lynn for possession of a knife with a blade over 2-1/2 inches long.
