OUI Arrest; Loose Dog: Swampscott Police

Wednesday, March 23
At 9:17 a.m., there was a loose dog in the road on Longwood Drive.
At 9:22 a.m., there was a report of a woman in a blue car going through recycling on Millett Road. The caller was concerned the woman might be trying to steal people's identities from the papers.

At 10:24 a.m., a motor vehicle struck a parked car on Humphrey Street and fled the scene.
At 11:46 p.m., police arrested Kimberly Manley, 23, of Burrill Street in Swampscott and charged her with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, and wanton destruction of property over $250.
