Rain Could Cause Flooding in Swampscott: Hourly Forecast

A slow-moving front system will roll through the region, causing heavy downpours at times, according to the National Weather Service.

Urban flooding is possible.

The rain is supposed to start Thursday at about 9 p.m. and last through Friday morning. Temperatures will hover in the low 50s.
