Swampscott Election 2020: How To Request A Mail-In Ballot
The Secretary of State is allowing any registered voter to request a mail-in ballot for elections being held on or before June 30.
SWAMPSCOTT, MA —With municipal elections across Massachusetts already delayed to help slow the spread of the new coronavirus, the Secretary of State's office said Wednesday any registered voter in Massachusetts can request a mail-in ballot for elections being held on or before June 30.
Earlier this month, Swampscott Selectmen postponed the town's annual election to June 2 from April 28 under authority granted from the state in an effort to slow the spread of the new coronavirus.
If you'd like to vote by mail, fill out the mail-in ballot application available on the Secretary of State's Website and send the completed form to the SwampscottTown Clerk, 22 Monument Ave, Swampscott, MA 01907. For information on submitting application by fax or email, contact the town clerk at 781-596-4167.
