Swampscott Election Results: 13% Turnout

Thirteen percent of Swampscott voters voted in the annual town election on Tuesday.

SWAMPSCOTT, MA – On Tuesday, April 25, 13 percent of Swampscott voters voted in the local election, according to the results posted on the town website.

Incumbents Suzanne Wright and Gargi B. Cooper kept their seats on the Swampscott School Committee with 878 and 775 votes respectively in one of three contested races on Tuesday.

Emily Cilley won a seat on the Swampscott Board of Health with 678 votes. Ellen Winkler won a seat as a Trustee of the Public Library with 619 votes.
