Swampscott Memorial Day Weekend Events Planned

SWAMPSCOTT, MA — Swampscott will host Memorial Day events on the Town Hall lawn and at the cemetery next weekend to honor those who served.

A Memorial Tree Arboretum rededication will be held on May 25 on the Town Hall lawn. The public is invited to attend the event that will take place at 11 a.m.

On Memorial Day, there will be a ceremony in the Veterans section of the Swampscott Cemetery at 10 a.m. The public is also invited to that event to salute the fallen who defended their country.
