Swampscott Police Log: Three Assault Arrests Made

SWAMPSCOTT, MA – Swampscott Police made three arrests on New Year's Eve. No further information was available.

Carlos Beltran, 39, was arrested around 3 a.m. on charges of assault and battery on a household member, strangulation, inhaling glue or another toxic substance, leaving the scene of a property damage, negligent driving, and driving under the influence of drugs.

Freddy Velasquez, 33, was arrested around 5:30 a.m. on charges of assault and battery.

Jessica Sindo, 28, was arrested around 8 a.m. on charges of assault and battery on a police officer, assault with a dangerous weapon, destruction of property, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and drunken driving.
