Swampscott School Calendar 2018-19: First Day Of School And More

SWAMPSCOTT, MA — The first day of school in Swampscott is August 28 — and whether you and the kids are looking forward to the new school year or are dreading the end of summer, you’ll want to mark the date on your calendar ASAP. The Swampscott School District has released its 2018-2019 calendar for public schools.

The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

• 11/1: Elementary Early Release & Parent Day Conferences (Grades K-4)
• 11/6: No School (Professional Development Day)
• 11/7: Elementary Parent Evening Conferences
• 11/12: No School (Veterans Day)
• 11/13: High School Early Release Day and Parent Day/Evening Conferences (Grades 9-12)
• 11/21: Early Release Day (Grades K-12)
• 11/22 - 11/23: No School (Thanksgiving Break)
