Swampscott Seeks Volunteers For Opening Of New K-4 School
Volunteers are needed to help ensure the smooth transition to the new combined elementary school.
SWAMPSCOTT, MA — Swampscott is seeking volunteers and seniors seeking tax work-off hours to help ensure the smooth opening of the new K-4 elementary school in the upcoming weeks.
The new elementary school opens this fall with volunteers needed to help monitor morning drop-off, lunch and recess supervision and after-school pick-up.
Volunteers can select the days and times that work best for them with reliability being key.

Morning drop-off is from 7:30 to 8 a.m. and counts toward one hour of senior or veteran tax work-off. Lunch and recess runs from 11:45 to 12:45 a.m. Pick-up hours are from 2 to 2:20 p.m.
