Swampscott Soccer Teams Headed to MIAA Tournament
The teams will both kick off tournament play this week.
The Big Blue boys’ and girls’ soccer teams are headed to the MIAA state tournament.
The boys’ team earned a No. 4 seed and a first-round bye with its 12-3-3 record.
The boys’ first tournament action will come in the quarterfinals when they take on Burke (5) at home on Friday, Nov.6 at 2 p.m.

The girls’ also had an excellent season and earned a No. 3 seed in the tournament. The girls will face No. 14 Northeast on Thursday, Nov. 5 at 2 p.m. at home.
The girls’ record on the season was 15-2-1.
