Teens Smoking Pot, Illegal Trash Dumping, Loud Music: Police Log

SWAMPSCOTT, MA -

Wednesday, Dec. 9

At 1:30 a.m., loud music was reported on Elm Place.

At 1:35 p.m., illegal trash dumping was reported on Capen Road.

At 4:23 p.m., a neighbor was reported to be harassing the caller.

At 4:34 p.m., an employee of Summit Estates reported a group of teenagers were smoking marijuana behind the dumpsters of the property’s north building. An officer found and spoke with a few teens, but they weren’t doing anything suspicious at that time.

At 9:10 p.m., larceny was reported on Boynton Street.
