'Very Aggressive' Pitbull and Rottweiler on the Loose, Caller Says

At 3:52 a.m., a caller spotted to men with a flashlight looking in windows of cars parked at Summit Estates.
At 6:29 a.m., a caller said a pitbull and a rottweiler were running loose on Mountain Avenue. The pitbull, the caller said, was “very aggressive.” Officers were unable to locate the dogs.

At 1:11 p.m., a caller said a man came to the house and made threats.
