Victim Of Fatal North Shore MBTA Accident Identified

LYNN, MA – Authorities have identified the woman killed in a commuter rail accident last Friday evening. Patricia McCabe, 48, of Lynn, was fatally struck on Friday, June 2, outside the Exchange Street T Commuter Station in Lynn.

McCabe was struck while on the inbound track about 100 yards south of the platform. She was dead when police arrived on scene, and no foul play was suspected. Officers were called to the station around 5:50 p.m.

No further information was immediately available.
