Alleged Peeping Tom, Domestic Assault Top Police Log

A concerned neighbor alerted a Pupkis Road woman to a potential danger lurking just outside one of her windows.
Tewksbury Police received a call from the woman on Wednesday, Jan. 30 at 9:53 p.m. She told them her neighbor had just called and told her there was a man standing near her home just outside one of her windows. According to the police report, the caller said that when the man saw her neighbor looking at him, he started walking into the woods into the direction of Cherry Road.
Dispatch sent three units to the scene to check the area. A short time later, an officer spotted the suspect on Hemlock Road. After an investigation he was arrested. Shawn T. Hill, 36, 17 Hemlock Road, was charged with trespassing, disturbing the peace and assault and battery on a police officer.

Arrests
Pamela Nies, 44, 1095 Chandler St., Tewksbury, was arrested on Friday, Feb. 1, and charged with domestic assault and battery.

Michael Leakeas, 37, 60 West St., Lowell, was arrested on Jan. 30 and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Sheila L. Johnston, 36, 165 Lakeview Ave., Lowell, was arrested on Jan. 30 on a warrant.
Additional incidents:
Due to high winds on Thursday, Jan. 31, there were multiple calls coming into dispatch reporting trees down in yards and across roads. Calls came in during the day from Maple Street, Adams Street, Crest Road, Trull Road, South Street, Bridge Street and East Street. In addition, there was a report of a trampoline in the middle of Rogers Street.
On Thursday, Jan. 31, at 8:51 p.m., dispatch received a call regarding a stolen motorcycle at Mavericks. An officer was dispatched and the vehicle was put into the system as stolen.
On Thursday, Jan. 31, there was a two-car accident at the Tewksbury Mobil station, 940 Andover St. Both cars had to be towed and one person was taken by ambulance to Lowell General Saints Campus for treatment.
On Thursday, Jan. 31, a Chandler Street resident called police at 1:12 p.m. and reported that his 13-year-old daughter had been assaulted. An officer spoke to the man and a report was filed.
On Thursday, Jan. 31, at 1:13 p.m., a driver called police to report finding an odd item at the intersection of Pleasant and Whipple. An officer was dispatched to investigate and reported the item was a small safe.
