Drug Distribution Arrest at Motel 6

TEWKSBURY, MA - Tewksbury Police arrested two Lowell men on drug distribution and possession charges after observing a drug transaction at Motel 6 on Tuesday.

On Feb. 9, Tewksbury Police arrested Justice Gilkes, 19, of 148 6th St., Lowell for distribution of cocaine and possession with the intent to distribute heroin. Also arrested was Alexis Andino, 21, of 127 Westford St., Apt. #1, Lowell for possession of adderall.

Detectives were conducting surveillance when they observed a drug transaction at the Motel 6. Both individuals were taken into custody.

Both were arraigned at Lowell District Court on Feb. 10.
