The Tewksbury Republican Town Committee last week to elect new officers for 2013. With the committee found itself choosing a new chairman for the first time in more than two decades. Robert L. Homeyer, who had previously served as vice chairman, was elected as the new chairman. Ordway was elected vice chairman, Carolyn J. Donovan was re-elected treasurer and Doug Sears was elected secretary. Homeyer is president of Homeyer Consulting Services, a water consulting firm he founded in 1992. Prior to that he had founded Aqua-Tek in 1982. Homeyer is married with two children and also serves as a member of the Library Board of Trustees.
