Police Arrest Two for Distributing Percocet

Arrests took place Wednesday at the Motel 6 on Main Street.

A Tewksbury woman and a Billerica man have been arrested, facing charges of possession and distribution of Percocet.

On Wednesday, July 15, members of the Tewksbury Police Department arrested two individuals at the Motel 6 hotel, located at 95 Main Street.

During surveillance, Tewksbury Detectives observed a narcotics transaction and subsequently arrested Robin Benton, 34, of 95 Main St. (Room #146) in Tewksbury for “Distribution of a Class B Substance” (20 individual 10 mg Percocet pills) and “Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B Substance” (33 individual 10 mg Percocet pills).

Joshua Campbell, 18, of 17 Lakeview Ave. in Billerica was also arrested on scene for “Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B Substance” (20 individual 10 mg Percocet pills).

Both Benton and Campbell were due to be arraigned at Lowell District Court on July 16.
