TEWKSBURY, MA - A power outage impacted the Kendall Road, North Street area of town Wednesday night. Residents on social media said they heard a large "pop" before losing power.Just after the outage occurred, National Grid said 1,529 customers are impacted by the outage in the Kendall Road, North Street area. By 8:16 p.m., power was restored to some customers leaving 930 still in the dark. By 9 p.m. National Grid said power was restored throughout the affected area. It's unknown what caused the outage.
