Raytheon to Re-Organize, Plans To Cut 200 Jobs
A reorganization at the defense company would see job cuts.

Raytheon Corp., one of the country's largest defense contractors will be reorganizing and cutting 200 jobs, according to an announcement by the company on earlier this week.
The cuts will be part of a consolidation effort, according to the company. The company, which has a corporate headquarters in Tewksbury, and 68,000 employees internationally, declined to say what jobs would be included in the cuts. The consolidation will save the company $85 million annually.
The company announced in January that its fourth quarter income dropped by 14 percent, according to the Telegram and Gazette. The company has suffered from cuts in military spending.
