Some Snow on the Way for Martin Luther King Day in Tewksbury

Snow is expected to start tonight. Find out how long it will fall and how much we are expected to get in this latest weather system.

TEWKSBURY, MA - Looks like we are in store for some more of the white stuff, but forecasters are saying not to worry too much as accumulations are going to be light, as of right now.

There is some uncertainty as to the impact of potential accumulations, though so watch for any updates later Sunday afternoon.

As of 11 a.m. Sunday morning, accumulating snow is likely across eastern Massachusetts Sunday night, according to the National Weather Service and when all is said and done, Tewksbury could see one to two inches of snow.

Snow showers will begin Sunday night at around 8 p.m. in the Tewksbury area and continue until 4 a.m. Monday morning before we see a couple hours of straight snow between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m. Snow showers will continue until mid morning. All activity is expected to stop around 10 a.m. Monday morning.
