Two Men Arrested In Series Of Tewksbury Car Breaks

Cars were broken into at several locations in South Tewksbury.

Police believe they have solved a recent string of car breaks that has businesses all along Route 38.

Tewksbury officers arrested Joseph Arnold, 20, of 125 Salem St., Wilmington and Howard Hall, 20, of 2020 Main St., Tewksbury on Wednesday.

The men are accused of breaking into several vehicles over the last few weeks.

Arnold faces four counts of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle, three counts of larceny over $250, and larceny under $250.

Hall faces three counts of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle, three counts of larceny over $250, and conspiracy.

According to Tewksbury Police, items taken from the vehicles were several GPS units, cell phones, IPODs, and various other items. Most of the property stolen in the breaks has now been recovered and will be returned to the owners.    

According to Tewksbury Police, the break-in’s occurred at Bob’s Barber Shop located at 2295 Main St., the Sky Box located at 553 Main St., Mavericks located 2212 Main St., Piezano’s located at 2290 Main St. and the VFW located at 87 Vernon St.
