SAPC Program Director - Tewksbury Police Department

The Program Director is responsible for providing coordination and support to the Substance Abuse Prevention Collaborative (SAPC) for Chelmsford, Dracut, Lowell, and Tewksbury municipal cluster, and to implement or amend local policy, practice, systems, and environmental change to prevent underage drinking and other drug use within these communities. The Program Director is responsible for implementing the five steps of the Strategic Prevention Framework: Assessment, Capacity, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation, coordinating need assessments, coordinating a strategic plan, coordinating program strategies among municipal cluster members, and coordinate efforts with the Department of Public Health and other partners.

  • Salary: $44,000-$50,000 annual depending on experience
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, flexible schedule required

Senior Account Clerk - Assessor’s Office

The position provides specialized clerical work of more than ordinary difficulty and responsibility in relation to all phases of account maintenance work.

  • Salary: $31,813 to $43,850

Crew Leader - Water and Sewer Division (DPW)

Participates in the planning, supervision and conduct of services and operations within the Water and Sewer Division; coordinates assigned activities with other divisions, departments and outside agencies; provides support to supervisor within the division. Exercises direct supervision over skilled, semiskilled, and unskilled personnel using independent judgment and decision making. This position requires proficiency within an assigned discipline including sewer collection and/or water distribution, inclusive of pumping system operations and maintenance. Makes necessary repairs and/or recommends and coordinates corrective action by contractors. Responds to emergencies; and works with minimal supervision.

  • Salary: Negotiable up to $64,702
  • Hours: 40 hours a week
