(capeandislands.org) — Truro officials are weighing an “inclusionary” zoning bylaw that would require a share of units in larger new developments or condo conversions to be priced as affordable housing. The zoning task force, charged with boosting housing and economic opportunity, is studying Eastham’s model and plans public forums before any proposal goes to town meeting, amid concern over soaring home prices and shrinking school enrollment.
   

• Pamet Harbor May Get Only Some of the Dredging It Needs (provincetownindependent.org) — Pamet Harbor in Truro is being dredged for the first time in two years, but a funding shortfall means only about three-quarters of the needed sand removal may happen. Town officials are prioritizing the main channel, exploring shifting DPW funds, and considering a stabilization fund to better cover full dredging costs and protect both boat access and Corn Hill Beach.
