Paving Work Begins On Wakefield Street

WAKEIFLED, MA — Paving will begin on Vernon Street, from Salem Street to Lowell Street, on Tuesday, September 24. The work is expected to take several days. Traffic will be detoured via Pleasant Street, and abutters along Vernon Street will be directed around the work site and heavy equipment. Motorists should not park on the street during this time. Please allow extra time if commuting through the area is necessary.
