The "Rise Against Tyranny" rally for those fed up with COVID-19 vaccine mandates drew counter-protesters, leading to skirmishes as members of the two groups kept butting heads. Ronald McCarron was arrested after driving a U-Haul van through a police barricade, speeding from where a large group of people were, police said.
