Wakefield Plans Roadway Paving: What To Expect
Paving will bring parking restrictions and some traffic disruptions to parts of Wakefield next week.
WAKEFIELD, MA — Wakefield residents and motorists may run into parking restrictions and travel disruptions next week as crews move forward with roadway paving on nine Wakefield roads, the town announced Friday.
Paving will begin on Monday at 7 a.m. It will continue until the completion of paving on Monday. Crews will then be back on Tuesday at 7 a.m. for work on a new set of roads.
Town officials on Friday advised motorists to consider alternate routes around impacted areas. Parking is also restricted around paving locations, as noted in the town’s announcement.
