Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

This full-time customer service representative (CSR) position is one that requires exceptional customer service skills as well as PC and data entry proficiency.   Duties include scheduling auto glass repairs and replacements, interaction with customers, insurance carriers and agencies, processing insurance billing, maintaining store inventory and more. A professional, confident phone manner with attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast paced setting are required.

Qualifications:

Pre-employment background checks and drug testing are also required.

Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00 and Saturdays 8:00 to 12:00

Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities include the execution of a wide range of manufacturing work instructions, which vary in complexity and process types as well as maintaining highly accurate documentation of all operation steps performed. A technician must also provide calculation and GMP witnessing for the work of others in the lab. A technician may be required to lift/move up to 50lbs.

Critical skills for success in this role include having a strong mathematical background, exceptional attention to detail, and an ability to effectively manage multiple operations in parallel within defined time ranges.

The job specific activities include preparation of protein buffer solutions, execution of antibody coupling reactions, and final preparation of immunoassay reagents. The operations are performed in a clean room environment, and require proper aseptic technique. The common equipment involved in operations include pH meters, electronic balances, micro-pipettes, conductivity meters, spectrophotometer, vacuum and pump based filtration systems, magnetic separation units, and automated jacketed vessel heat-stress systems.
