Sylvia (Field) Taber age 75 years died in the Maples Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Wrentham, Massachusetts on Friday, August 3, 2012. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on March 13, 1937, she graduated from the Jeremiah Burke High School with the class of 1955. She has been a resident of Sharon, Massachusetts for over 30 years, moving there from Dorchester. She was a waitress at the Uptown Coffee Shop in Sharon for 10 years and retired in 1995. Mrs. Taber was a lover of people, music and animals. Loving mother of Donald C. Taber, Jr of Alabama, Tracy A. Bausch of Norfolk, Christina "Ritty" M. Tabuchi of Pleasanton, CA and Samantha L. Dougherty of Missouri. Cherished grandmother of Danielle and Cody Bausch, Eliza Tabuchi, Jimmy and Lucas Dougherty. Sister of Susan Moulton-Folkins of Brockton, Richard Lindsay of Hanover, and Robert Lindsay of Quincy. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday, August 5, 2012 from 2-5PM in the James H. Delaney &amp; Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. A funeral service will be held at 5PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society Massachusetts Eastern Chapter 101A First Avenue, Suite 6 Waltham, MA 02451-1115.
